I'm an illustrator, animator and graphic designer. I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. I started with pen on paper, later on, during my training as a graphic designer, I learned how to draw digitally on a tablet. 

After getting my degree in graphic design, I took a detour and studied at the University of Tübingen. I completed my bachelor's degree in English and American Literature and Culture, as well as Art History. After that I pursued a master's degree in Media Studies. That's where I discovered animation. I learned how to use a 2D Animation software called Anime Studio, which is now known as Moho, and started working on client projects with the university's Centre for Media Competence. 

Today, I am grateful for all the knowledge and experience I gained during my journey from graphic design to illustration and animation, and I combine these skills constantly in my client's projects. I love projects that require multiple skills just as much as smaller ones that require one specific set of skills.

For over 10 years, I've been working in the fields of research, education and entertainment. In the winter of 2024/25 I started teaching seminars on creating explainer videos at the University of Tübingen.

I enjoy every new challenge, whether it's teaching a seminar or working with a client because all of it is part of the creative process.
